A French software company has developed an innovative cybersecurity risk management solution and is seeking to establish a business partnership or licensing agreement with consulting firms.

Project Overview

A French software company has developed a robust solution to manage cybersecurity risks. Labeled by the French Information System Security Agency, it is utilized by over 120 clients, including major accounts and large institutions primarily in France and Europe.

Long-established in France, the company is now seeking international expansion and is currently looking for consulting firms that can formulate solutions through business organizations or utilize its solutions on behalf of clients under licensing agreements. Candidates should be certified in accordance with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards 27001 and 21434.

It prioritizes seeking partners in the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, and Italy. Cybersecurity risks are typically managed internally using EXCEL. The solution developed by the company, "Risk Manager," is a platform that not only enables modeling but also analysis, prediction, automation, and management of cyber risks. It can also be used to integrate cybersecurity into specific projects, assess the security of suppliers and subcontractors, or measure the outcomes of remedial actions. The solution is customized to address the specific risks of clients.

The platform is collaborative, meaning all employees can participate in their company's cybersecurity efforts. As cybersecurity risk management is an aspect of cybersecurity, this tool is often incorporated into broader solutions. Consequently, French SMEs primarily collaborate with consulting firms to integrate this tool into an overall approach.

The "Risk Manager" solution developed by the company is a collaborative platform offering cutting-edge features:

  • Centralization: Provides a global vision and seamless integration with strategic cybersecurity transformations across the company
  • Integration: Powerful connectors such as Jira and Tableau facilitate collaboration
  • Multi-user collaboration method: Involves all departments and knowledgeable stakeholders in cybersecurity strategies
  • Automation: Industrializes risk assessment, quantification, and analysis processes, automatically proposing optimal control measures, and positioning accurate and up-to-date cyber risks in "moment management"
  • Risk-driven and proactive cybersecurity management: Supports multi-framework compliance (ISO 27005, EBIOS v2, EBIOS 2010, EBIOS Risk Manager, ISO 21434, NIST, simplified methods, etc.)
  • Remedial measures: Automatically suggests optimal measures, executes, and oversees remedial plans
